Can I see all my orders and reservations from different restaurants?
On foodi.hu exactly! Any restaurant that has their website on Foodi will appear in your account. You can see all your orders and table bookings in one place. However, on the specific restaurant's website, you'll only see the related ones.
Is this like using one account for 10 different restaurant websites?
Exactly! You can log in to each restaurant website with the same Foodi account. No need to create separate accounts - one login works everywhere.
How does table reservation work?
By filling out a form. Our modern reservation system lets you modify or cancel reservations afterwards. When you make changes, the restaurant receives a notification and can approve your modifications. (There's no such thing in case of cancellation)
Can I track phone orders without registration?
Not yet, but this is planned for the future. If you order by phone, restaurants can send you a tracking link. You can follow your order in real-time without needing to register or log in.
How do I pay for my food?
Foodi doesn't process payments. You select your payment method (cash or card) when ordering, then pay directly to the restaurant at pickup or to the delivery person. No hidden fees or commissions!
What data do you collect?
We only collect order data to help restaurants provide better food and services. For example, knowing which dishes are popular helps restaurants improve their menu offerings.
Is there a review system?
Yes! You can leave reviews and ratings for restaurants. This feedback helps restaurants improve their service and helps other customers make informed decisions.
