The images on the website are largely similar to our finished dishes, but they are not always exactly the same. Please consider the images as illustrations!

1. Services

The Foodi website serves food ordering and exclusively offers information and services related to food delivery. Orders placed through our website can be paid for cash on delivery.

2. User Account

We provide the option to log in with Google and Discord. You are solely responsible for user accounts created in this way. You are responsible for the user data you provide and the security of your account.

3. Privacy

We have summarized our privacy guidelines in our Privacy Policy. Please read them for details about how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

4. Delivery and Payment Terms

4.1. The Service Provider delivers the ordered products to your home for a fee. 4.2. The Customer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and settle the purchase price no later than upon receipt. 4.2. The Customer has several payment options for the product(s) to be ordered, from which the Customer can choose before sending the order.

5. Liability

Foodi does everything to ensure that the information and services on its site are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of information or services on our site.

6. Modifications

Foodi reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such modifications take effect immediately upon their publication on the site.

We serve/deliver alcoholic products only to customers over 18 years of age. Age verification can be performed by the company's dispatchers and couriers. If the Customer cannot or does not wish to verify their age, our employee may refuse to hand over the alcoholic product.

If the Customer does not pay the purchase price for the delivered product, or is not actually reachable at the contact information provided, and if they repeatedly place orders falsely causing damage to the Service Provider, or for any other reason related to the customer's behavior that the Service Provider decides, then the Service Provider is entitled to delete the Customer's registration or refuse to fulfill the order.

The Service Provider is entitled to delete Customers registered with clearly false data from its database.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change promotions and advertisements and the offers contained therein.

7. Complaints

7.1 Any consumer who has used Foodi services within 24 hours may exercise the right to complain. We only accept complaints in writing at the [email protected] email address. We are not able to receive or handle complaints on order reception lines. Our company is not obligated to investigate complaints received outside the specified time.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 The contracting Parties do everything to settle their possible disputed issues through negotiations out of court. If out-of-court consultations and negotiations are not possible, or they do not lead to results within a reasonable time, the Parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the local or county court competent according to the Service Provider's current headquarters, depending on the value threshold, for the settlement of legal disputes.
